Return Conditions

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Tags must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Unboxing video of the product will also be required.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Incorrect/incomplete address was provided.
  • Delivery was refused or failed repeatedly.
  • Item is worn, used, damaged, or missing our tag.
  • Color variations due to natural stones.
  • Size issues

Refunds

  • Once approved and quality-checked, we’ll arrange a pick-up.
  • Rs. 250 will be deducted for courier charges.
  • Refund will be issued as a store credit coupon valid for 3 months.
  • Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
