Shipping is Free for all orders of Rs.999/- and above pan India.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional Rs.100/- will be charged at checkout.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be delivered in around 10 working days. International orders are delivered within 10-15 working days. In unusual cases, there may be delays on account of unexpected conditions.

International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may be returned to us and in such cases, we will not be able to provide any refund.

We endeavor to ship your order within 3-12 working days from the date of receipt of order.

Estimated delivery date will be provided but the date is not supposed to be considered final, that’s just an approximate date of delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes & other unavoidable circumstances. We shall look into it and try our best to dispatch a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

We aim to process all refunds as efficiently as possible. Once we receive and inspect your returned item (after approval from QC team), we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from date of issuance.
